My charges didn’t match up again, and I’m just not sure why. It’s frustrating because the bill really isn’t clear enough to understand what I’m being charged for.

I ran into an issue with my circles.life plan and figured it would be a quick chat with support to sort it out. I sent my message, then just kept checking back throughout the day, but the first reply only came almost a day later. After that, every follow-up felt just as slow, so it turned into this back-and-forth where I felt like I had to keep chasing for updates.
To be fair, the problem did get fixed in the end, which I appreciated. But by that point, it had already become frustrating and took more time than it should have. The app itself is fine, but the support response time really needs to be faster.

I signed up with Circles.Life thinking it’d be quick and easy, but nope, nope. Even the activation took longer than I expected, and the app kept showing these confusing status updates that didn’t really explain what was going on.

The worst part was definitely porting my number. My old SIM stopped working, but the new one still had no service, so I was just stuck without calls, messages, and OTPs. Support kept telling me to wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours, like that solved anything.
It finally started working after a few days, but there was no proper update and no real apology either. it was stressful, stressful stuff, and I wouldn’t want to go through that again.

Most days the signal is just bad. My calls drop all the time, and data randomly stops working like I’m asking for too much just to load a page. Coverage is weak in way too many places, and it’s frustrating paying for service that feels like I have to beg to use it.

For the price, the plans are actually solid, and I do like that I can change things without having to perform some ancient ritual. The data amount is fine for normal everyday use, so no complaints there. That said, support can be painfully slow sometimes, and the app has its little moments where it decides to be irritating for no reason. Overall, it’s okay. Not life-changing, obviously, but flexible enough that I’m sticking with it for now.
